People meeting people through Mai Tai Wednesdays, Golf and Shuffleboard Tournaments, Dinners and Football parties.

It gets people – meeting other people – breaking out of their cocoons. 
The buying onto property and getting involved. 
Everyone brought because of the beauty of the property or for what ever other reason and then they played in the games and then they met other people and then they quickly became a part of a community and then they quickly became part of a family.
A lot of THENS
